Founded by a decorator who couldn't find a painter who would cut in properly.
We started in 2009 in a room above a printers in Bermondsey — one painter, one brush. Today we are eleven: three painters, two insulators, two sprayers, a colour consultant, and a project lead who keeps it all moving.
Our reference points are craft traditions: British heritage colours, Scandinavian mineral paints, French lime renders. Our work is local — ninety percent of projects within an hour of the workshop.
We don't sub the painting. The crew that quoted your hall is the crew that masked, filled and finished it. That is unusual in this trade. It's the only way we know how to stand behind the work.

Eira Halden opens the studio above a printers in Bermondsey — one painter, one brush.

Foundry Lane workshop
We move into a converted Victorian foundry in Penge. Paint store, spray booth, sample library.
- 2016
First heritage project
Full interior repaint of a Grade II Soho townhouse — the start of our period-colour practice.
- 2019
Insulation division
Launch of cavity wall and EWI services — cutting energy bills as well as brush lines.

In-house spray booth
We install a full spray booth for kitchen cabinets and furniture — factory finish on site.
