How quickly can you actually get here?+
Inside the M25 we average 60–180 minutes for genuine emergencies. Outside peak we are often quicker. We'll always give you a real ETA on the phone — no false promises.
Do you charge a call-out fee?+
Yes — a transparent £180 inc. VAT call-out covers the first hour and immediate make-safe (tarp, battens, containment). Any further work is quoted in writing before we proceed. The call-out is credited against the permanent repair if you book it with us.
Can you bill the insurer directly?+
Yes. We provide an itemised invoice, dated photographs and a written report suitable for your insurer or loss adjuster. We've worked alongside Aviva, Direct Line, Admiral, AXA and most major underwriters.
What if I just need a tarp tonight and the proper repair next week?+
That's exactly what most emergency call-outs are. We make safe immediately, then book the permanent fix on a day that suits you — usually within 5–10 working days.
Do you work on commercial properties?+
Yes — pubs, schools, warehouses, retail and managed flats. We're CSCS / IPAF carded and can work alongside facilities management out of hours.
Can I pay in instalments?+
