Full house repaints on masonry, render, pebble-dash and timber. Pressure-washed, stabilised, filled and finished with Sandtex, Dulux Weathershield or Farrow & Ball exterior eggshell. Sash windows stripped, repaired and primed with Owatrol oil.

Walls, ceilings, woodwork and feature walls. Filled, sanded and finished in your choice of Farrow & Ball, Little Greene or Dulux — cut in by brush, rolled with microfibre for zero flash. Skirtings, architraves and doors included.

Kitchen cabinets, wardrobe doors, internal doors and furniture sprayed in-place or off-site. Degreased, sanded to 240-grit, sprayed with Morrells or Renner pre-cat satin for a factory-smooth, handle-less finish.

BEIS-approved bonded bead injection into existing cavities. Drilled in a staggered pattern, matched and repointed. Typical saving of £250–£350 a year on heating bills with a U-value improvement from 1.6 to 1.1.

For solid walls with no cavity. 60–100 mm EPS or mineral-wool board, base coat, mesh, primer and two coats of silicone or acrylic render. Transforms thermal performance and eliminates damp and mould.

Top-up to 300 mm Earthwool or SupaSoft, vacuumed old insulation, sealed hatch with Draughtex. Optional boarding on raised legs for storage. Roof insulation between rafters for habitable lofts.

Suspended timber floors: breathable quilt between joists, sealed air gaps. Solid floors: 50–75 mm PIR beneath screed. Acoustic: resilient bars, mineral wool and SoundBloc board for studios and party walls.
