Yes — if we agree a fixed price by WhatsApp first there's no separate call-out. If you want us to survey without commitment we charge £80 for the visit, refunded against any work booked.
What's the fastest you can attend a live leak?
Within 2 hours during office hours (8am–6pm) for emergencies. Out of hours we tarp first, full fix the following morning. £0 emergency surcharge — same fixed pricing.
Why £140 minimum?
Covers van, scaffold tower if needed, fuel, materials and a half-day slot. We'd rather price honestly than tempt with a £75 lead-in and add fees on the day.
Will the repair match the rest of the roof?
On weathered roofs we source reclaimed or weather-matched tiles. New tiles dull within 12–18 months. Photo-match before we attend if you're worried.
