We fly a drone for full coverage of the slopes, then ladder up for hands-on inspection of the critical points (flashings, valleys, ridge, gutters). Anything under 30 minutes — typically 1-2 slipped tiles, a small flashing point-up, a vent re-bed, a loose ridge tile. Bigger jobs we quote separately.
Can the report be used for insurance?
Yes — landlords use our reports as documentation for buildings insurance renewals. Includes date, address, photos and inspector's notes.
