We strip the old mortar, fit Klober continuous dry-verge in slate grey or brown to match your fascia, and finish with stainless screw fixings.

Strip mortar
All gable verges raked out back to bare tile and batten. Loose tiles re-aligned with a string line before fitting.
Fit starter clip
Starter clip screwed into the bottom batten — sets the line for the entire run upwards.
Clip continuous unit
Continuous UPVC dry-verge unit clipped over each tile end. Joints overlap by 25mm and lock together — no exposed screws.
Cap ridge end
End cap fitted at the apex where the dry-verge meets the ridge. Closes the system off cleanly.

Dry-verge in slate grey is virtually invisible from the street — you only notice the absence of the mortar line. We don't recommend it on listed buildings.
How long does the system actually last?
Klober quote 40 years on UV stability. The clip fixings are the wear point and they're guaranteed 10 years against breakage.
Can you do just one gable?
